1. Overview
CC-PAIX02 is a universal multi-signal analog input module for Honeywell Experion PKS C300 DCS, different from 16-channel single-type CC-PAIH01 / CC-PAIN01. It integrates 8 fully isolated universal channels, software configurable to collect 4–20mA current, multiple DC voltage, RTD resistance temperature and thermocouple thermal signals. Built-in transparent HART 7 protocol realizes two-way digital communication with smart field transmitters, supporting remote calibration, secondary variable reading and device predictive diagnosis. Matches CC-TUIX01 non-redundant / CC-TUIX11 redundant universal IOTA terminal bases, adopts hot-swap design and G3 conformal coating, widely applied in power, petrochemical, oil & gas and metallurgy mixed multi-type instrument measurement scenarios.
